Well, from the previous page, you can guess that we didn't close today.  No big deal really.  What I did find out today is why we haven't gotten a Certificate of Occupancy.  Ends up that we needed another inspection, this one of the septic tank covering.  I ran into the inspector out at the house.  Also had a nice chat with the painters.  The water filtration system is installed now as well.  (We have decent water with the exception of a high iron content.)

We should have a CO by Monday or Tuesday and close sometime next week.  We're planning on moving the major stuff on Friday - UF Homecoming.  How appropriate!

As usual, I'm doing this page a few days after the pictures were taken.  Yesterday (Saturday), the Bloom family had their first meal in the new house:  McDonald's on the floor in the Breakfast Nook.  :)
